FRUIT CUSTARD

Ingredients: - (Servings for 2)
                                                1. Chopped Fruits (as available) -- 1 bowl
                                           (Apple, banana, pomegranate, grapes, guava, papaya, pear etc)
                                                2. Custard powder                   -- 1 tbsp  
                                                3. Milk                                     -- 1 cup
                                                4. Boiled cold milk                   -- 2 tbsp
                                                5. Vanilla essence                      -- 1 tspn
                                                6. Sugar                                   -- 2 tbsp
                                                7. Badam                                 -- 4 nos.
                                                8. Cherry                                 -- 2 nos.
                                                9. Pudina leaves                       -- Few strands
                                              10. Honey                                 -- 1 tbsp

Method:-
Step1: Boil milk.
Step2: Take custard powder in a bowl, add cold milk, and mix it well without any bubbles.
Step3: Add sugar to the boiled milk.
Step4: Keep the flame in simmer for the milk, now stir the milk and slowly add the
           custard mixture to it, stir continuously until the milk thickens in to a soft paste.
Step5: Remove it from flame when it is done. Allow it to cool. Add vanilla essence to it.
Step6: Take a serving glass bowl, fill it half with the chopped fruits, top it with custard.
Step7: Pour honey over it and garnish with badam, cherry and pudina. Refrigerate for half
          an hour, now it’s ready to serve.
