DAHI PURI CHAAT


Ingredients:- (Servings for 2 )
                                                1. Puris(readymade)    -- 10 nos.
                                                2. Curd (dahi)             -- 1 cup  
                                                3. Sev                         -- 1 cup
                                                4. Groundnut               -- 1 tbsp
                                                5. Sugar                       -- 1 tbsp
                                                6. Chilly Powder         -- ½ tspn
                                                7. Chat masala             -- 1 tspn
                                                8. Onion                      -- 1
                                                9. Coriander leaves     -- Few strands
                                              10. Tomato                    -- 1
                                              11. Cucumber                -- 1
                                              12. Cumin seeds            -- ½ tspn
                                              13. Salt                          -- as reqd.

Method:-
Step1: Soak groundnuts for an hour.
Step2: Add sugar to the cup of curd and mix well.
Step3: Finely chop onion, tomato and cucumber.
Step4: Take a bowl, mix in groundnuts,chopped onion,tomato,cucumber.
Step5: Add chilly powder, chat masala and salt to it, mix well and filling is ready.
Step6: Take 1 puri, break in the middle of it, with your Thumb finger, add the filling
            And place it in the plate.
Step7: Likewise fill all the puris and arrange it circularly in the serving plate.
Step8: Pour a spoon full of curd on each puri, add sev as toppings.
Step9: Garnish with coriander and serve immediately.
