Ingredients: - (Servings for 2)
1. Rava – 1 cup
2. Sugar -- 1 & 1/2 cups
3. Ghee -- 1/2 cup
4. Cashew & Raisins(Kismis) -- 10 each
5. Cardamom powder -- a little.
6. Cloves -- 5 or 6 nos.
Method:-
Step 1: Heat a kadai, dry roast the rava in a small flame(until it smells good).
Step 2: Try to roast, without changing the color of rava.
Step 3: Cool it and grind it in a mixer until it is powder.
Step 4: Also grind the sugar to a powder.
Step 5: Now mix both the powders, add cardamom powder to it.
Step 6: Take a kadai, heat it, add ghee to it,fry the cashew and cloves until nice
golden colour.
Step 7: Drain the cashew and cloves from the ghee, add it to the powder and mix
well again.
Step 8: Now add a little hot ghee in to the powder ,mix it slightly and start making
Laddus(balls) out of it.
Step 9: Do it quickly, and transfer the laddus to a air-tight container.
Step10: If the ghee cools down, you can heat it again and make the balls.
Step11: Garnish with kismis and serve. Shelf life is more than 15 days.
